Eastern University organized a highly informative workshop titled “Workshop on Exam Anxiety” on Saturday, 9 May 2026, for students of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).
Conducted by Munia Zahan Mony, Psychosocial Counselor of the Office of the Counsellor, EU, the workshop aimed to help students understand the root causes of exam anxiety and learn practical ways to manage it. The interactive session covered key topics including lack of preparation, fear of failure, family expectations, and other psychological factors that contribute to exam-related stress. Through engaging slides and open discussion, students gained valuable insights into recognizing both positive and negative aspects of anxiety and effective coping strategies.
The workshop received an enthusiastic response from the participating students, who appreciated the practical guidance and supportive environment provided by the counselor.
