The Office of Student Affairs and Placement (OSAP), Eastern University, successfully organized a seminar titled âSmart CV & Interview Readinessâ on 01 March 2026 at the Rezakul Haider Hall, in collaboration with Shomvob and the EU Business and Social Entrepreneurship Club (BSEC).
The session focused on developing studentsâ practical employability skills, including professional CV preparation, understanding recruiter expectations, effective interview techniques, confidence building, and personal branding. The interactive format enabled participants to engage directly with real-world career insights.
Gratitude is extended to the esteemed speaker, Md Jahirul Islam Sajib, Senior Executive â Partnership & Community Development, Shomvob Job, for his insightful presentation and practical guidance.
The program was honored by the presence of Brig. Gen. Professor Dr. AKM Ikbal Azim, Dean, School of Business, whose valuable remarks emphasized the importance of strengthening employability competencies among students. The session was conducted by K. M. Monirul Islam, Deputy Director, Office of Student Affairs and Placement (OSAP).
