We are pleased to share that the certificate awarding ceremony of Digital Skills Training for students, a premier learning opportunity presented by the EDGE Project of the Bangladesh Computer Council and ICT Division was held on 22 November 2025 at Happy Arcade of Dhanmondi. This ceremony was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Eastern University.
Certificates were presented to 60 students of LL.B, 25 students of LL.M, 29 students of MBA and 11 students of M.A. in English in recognition of their outstanding performance and successful completion of training.
The event was graced by Prof. Dr. Farid A. Sobhani, Vice Chancellor of EU as chief guest. In his valuable speech, highlighted to move forward with a spirit of innovation, but also with ethics, empathy and the determination to create a brighter, more inclusive world.
Prof. Dr. M. Sayedur Rahman, Dean, Faculty of Business Administration and A.B.M. Imdadul Haque Khan, Dean, Faculty of Law were present as special guests and the ceremony was presided by Syed Habib Anwar Pasha, Head, Department of Business Administration, Eastern University.
The event marked not only the end of a successful program but also a new beginning for participants as they apply their skills in their respective fields.
