The IEEE Eastern University Student Branch successfully organized a specialized Industry Automation, Internet of Things (IoT) & Solar PV training session and workshop in collaboration with Ulterior Engineering Intl.
A team of 41 students, accompanied by Md. Maidul Islam, Associate Professor, Department of EEE, and Coordinator of IEEE Eastern University Student Branch, along with Naimul Islam, Lecturer, Department of EEE, Eastern University, participated in this immersive learning experience.
This hands-on session provided students with an in-depth understanding of Industrial IoT and Automation, exploring the integration of smart technologies in modern industries. Additionally, discussions on Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems highlighted advancements in renewable energy and their role in driving sustainable solutions.
The visit also facilitated insights into emerging career pathways in engineering, equipping students with the technical knowledge and industry perspectives essential for navigating the evolving technological landscape.
