School of Business of Eastern University recently organized Two Industrial Visits on 18 and 19 August 2026, respectively for a group of 100 enthusiastic students of Summer-2025 to Trent Shoes Factory, Zipper Factory Road, Auk Para, Ashulia, Savar as a part of their practical learning experience. It was a truly insightful and successful event!!
The visit was directed by Prof. Brigadier General Dr. A K M Iqbal Azim, ndc, psc, G+ (Retd), Dean, School of Business, and Habib Anwar Pasha, Head, Department of Business Administration. It was supervised by Dr. Farhana Khan, Director (IFBI)&Associate Professor, and Coordinate by Fozia Rahman, Assistant Professor, School of Business. Special thanks are extended to them as well as to our dedicated faculty members and staffs for their excellent coordination and support in making this program possible.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Salma Akhter, Head of Business, Trent Shoes for her kind guidance, inspiration and continuous support in connecting our students with real-world industry practices and the industry authority for their warm welcome and valuable guidance throughout the visit.
