The session emphasized the importance of adopting healthy coping mechanisms, including relaxation techniques, positive thinking, effective time management, maintaining healthy routines, seeking social support, and expressing emotions in constructive ways.
The program aimed to promote greater awareness of stress management and encourage students to develop positive coping habits for a healthier and more balanced academic life.
