Introduction to Islamic legal and justice system with special reference to the present-day scenario both in Muslim majority and minority states.
As applied today, various topical aspects of Islamic law: family law including marriage, dower, maintenance, polygamy, divorce, child custody, inheritance and waqf; Islamic law of commerce, finance, banking and insurance; Islamic constitutionalism, human rights and women’s rights; Islamic law of crimes and terrorism; Islamic international law and relations.
