Law of payment in international trade- cash advance, open account, documentary collection (Bill of Exchange) and documentary credit (Letter of Credit). Carriage of goods- charter party contract, bill of lading, and obligations of the shipper and career. Law of Insurance, marine insurance in particular. Law of international sale of services, and transfer of intellectual property. Settlement of international commercial disputes, international commercial arbitration. Law of international investment and investment arbitration.
