The Department of English at Eastern University offers the M.A. in English Language & Literature (ELL), a comprehensive postgraduate program designed to enrich Student's understanding of English studies in a global and contemporary context. The M.A. in ELL program consists of 38 credit hours spread across two semesters. Students complete 12 courses, including a viva voce examination and either a Dissertation or Internship, ensuring practical engagement with academic and professional fields.

Admission eligibility
For admission into M.A. in ELL (English Language and Literature) a candidate must have a 4-year B.A. (Hons.) degree in English or must have passed M.A. (Preliminary) in English.
