As the central quality assurance body of Eastern University (EU), IQAC works closely with all academic departments, schools, and administrative offices to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement. IQAC maintains close liaison with the Quality Assurance Committee (QAC), the Academic Council, and the Syndicate to ensure that quality assurance policies and practices are effectively implemented across the University.
At Eastern University, academic quality is maintained through a well-established Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process. The University regularly reviews and enhances the quality of education offered by its schools, departments, and academic programs to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and excellence. In line with national and international standards, the curricula of all academic programs are continuously updated and improved following the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), ensuring that graduates acquire the knowledge, skills, competencies, and professional attributes required to meet the demands of higher education, industry, and society.
