Eastern University Celebrates National Scout Day with Rally and Flag Hoisting Ceremony

Eastern University celebrated National Scout Day with an enthusiastic rally followed by a formal flag hoisting ceremony. The event brought together students, faculty, and university officials to honor the values of scouting and recognize the contributions of scouts to society.
The day’s celebrations began with a vibrant rally, where students dressed in their scout uniforms marched across the campus alongside faculty members and university officials. The rally aimed to foster a sense of community, discipline, and unity among the participants.
Following the rally, a flag hoisting ceremony was held, attended by the Honorable Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Md. Shamsul Huda, who served as the Chief Guest. The event was also graced by the presence of the Registrar, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, faculty members, and other university officials, who gathered to commemorate the significance of National Scout Day.
